Cancellation Policy

We at Durty Mic's Studio are thrilled to serve you and provide the best recording experience possible. To ensure a seamless process for all our valued clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Booking Confirmation Deposit: To secure your reservation and guarantee your studio time, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session. Cancellation Notification: If, for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your recording session, we kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 12 hours' notice. You can notify us of the cancellation through one of the following channels: Email to durtymicsstudio@gmail.com Phone call or Text to 954-854-7636 Loss of Deposit for Late Cancellation: Failure to provide the required 12-hour notice before the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit. This policy ensures that we can accommodate other artists who may be waiting for a slot and helps us maintain a well-organized schedule. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to work with you to reschedule your recording session. However, if you wish to reschedule, please inform us at least 12 hours before the original appointment time to avoid losing your deposit. Emergencies and Exceptions: We understand that certain emergencies or unexpected situations may occur, and we will evaluate such cases on an individual basis. Please reach out to us immediately if you encounter such circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate you. By adhering to our cancellation policy, you not only secure your booking but also allow us to serve other clients efficiently.
